I made a mistake with the delivery address, can I change it?

If you have already placed the order and you noticed a mistake on the address, please contact our customer service.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time varies according to the delivery address, shipping method and availability of the products. For items in stock (how can I see if an item is available in stock?) delivery time to UK by Standard shipping is 4-10 working days. Delivery time to UK by Express shipping is 2-4 working days. The day of the departure is not included and possible customs delays are unfortunately not predictable. *Working days are Monday-Friday.

How can I see the shipping costs for the item I want to buy?

Once you have added the item/s to your shopping basket, shipping costs will be calculated at step 2 – SHIPPING of checkout. You can also check our “Shipping costs” section on the bottom of the website. In order to see the costs, please select the delivery country. Prices are listed in euros.

How can I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping to the UK on orders over £190. Handling fees and possible customs duties are included. No extra costs for UK delivery

How can I track my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your order number and tracking link. Please don’t worry if the link is not immediately available.

You can also track your order in your Holyart account in the “My Orders” section.

Which shipping methods does Holyart offer?

Holyart ships with TNT/Fedex, DHL, post (Express Mail Service – EMS) and DPD.

I wasn’t home when the courier attempted delivery. What can I do?

If the courier doesn’t find anyone at the delivery address, there will be a new delivery attempt as soon as possible. After 2/3 attempts the courier should leave a delivery attempt notice, through which you will be able to arrange a new delivery. If you don’t receive the delivery attempt notice, please contact our customer service.

Can I ship to a different address from mine?

Yes, you can enter a new delivery address at step 1-SHIPPING of checkout while placing the order. N.B. If you ship to a different country, shipping costs may vary.
