What payment methods are accepted by Holyart?

On Holyart, you can pay by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal, AmazonPay, and bank transfer.

Is Cash On Delivery available?

Cash On Delivery is only available within Italy

How do payments by credit card work?

Holyart uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protection system with VeriSign certification. This system takes care of encrypting your card details, making it impossible for it to be intercepted by external users. When placing an order, you may be redirected to the site of your bank to verify the payment. When placing the order, we may ask your bank the authorisation to verify the validity of your card. This payment authorisation is not a charge: your card will be charged once the order is ready to ship.

Are credit card transactions secure?

Holyart uses an encrypted server with advanced technologies, that makes your transaction secure. The software codifies all your personal data necessary to make the purchase (name, address, payment method details) when they are transmitted. While the data are transmitted via internet, it’s impossible to recover them. The only piece of information available on our website when placing the order is a sequence of numbers that hide your card details: there is no algorithm capable of reading the actual numbers of your credit card. As an additional security measure, Holyart set up a control system linked to the delivery address of your order: if you are paying by one of the cards registered in your account, but choose to ship the order to a different address from the one used before, you will have to enter your card details again. Should anyone log in with your Holyart username and password, they won’t be able to use your credit card to ship to a different address from yours.

I received an authorisation request on my credit card after I have completed my purchase. What does it mean?

When you place an order, Holyart asks your bank an authorisation to verify the validity of your card. Your bank will put the money on hold until the transaction is processed or until doesn’t expire. Please note this is not an actual charge, as the money is still in your bank account. Some banks show payment authorisations as “pending” charges. Please contact your bank for more information. The payment will be taken once the order ships.

What happens if I decide to cancel my order before it is ships?

Should you decide to cancel your order, the payment authorisation will be cancelled within a time frame set by our bank and independent from Holyart.

How does the Bank Transfer work?

By choosing Bank Transfer as a payment method, you will receive an order confirmation containing our bank details to make the payment. We kindly request payment within 3 days from the date of your order.

When should I send the Bank Transfer?

Please make the payment by Bank Transfer within 3 days from your order.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship once we have received the payment. The time for our bank to receive the payment needs to be added to the regular delivery time.

When and how will I receive a confirmation invoice?

The invoice is sent via email after a few days from the departure of your order from warehouse.

What currency is used on the invoice?

The amount on the invoice is listed in Euros and GBP.

Is it possible to pay by invoice?
