Enter the discount code at step 2 “PAYMENT” of checkout in the “DO YOU HAVE A DISCOUNT COUPON?” and continue with the order to redeem the coupon.

Only one discount code per purchase is allowed.

OR The validity of a discount code depends on the promotion or contest in progress. It is communicated either on the website, newsletter or social media channel used to obtain the code.

What is a Holyart credit?

You can get Holyart store credit in different ways:

1. By turning a refund into credit. When you return an item, you can ask our customer service to get a store credit to use on your next order.

2. Enter your date of Birth in your profile and receive 5 € every year as a small Birthday gift from Holyart. (the Birthday credit exipires after one year, therefore can’t be combined with other Birthday credits)

How can I use my store credit?

You can use the credit at step 2 – PAYMENT – of checkout in the “USE YOUR CREDIT” box. Type the amount you want to use and the credit will be discounted from the total.

Does my store credit expire?

Expiry date of your credit depends on the type of credit:

1. The store credits received instead of a refund never expire and can be used anytime.

2. The Birthday credit lasts 12 months.

3. The review credit lasts 12 months
